The Pleated T-Shirt Dress tutorial by Nicole Barr of Create and Delegate is super chic for your little girl or to give as a gift and the perfect way to recycle your old clothes or thrift store finds. Love the metallic design from the original tee; I’d suggest some hand painting if you don’t have or find a similar detail.
